Avaya 1616 – kõnekeskuses
Avaya uue põlvkonna IP telefon 1616 on mõeldud kasutamiseks ka kõnekeskuse töökohana. Selles telefonis on leidnud kasutust “unustatud põlvkonna” telefonide head omadused, seda just kõnekeskuse töökohana. Telefonil on 16 määratava omadusega funktsiooninuppu ning nende väheks jäämise korral saab lisada nuppude mooduleid. Nuppude moodulid kasvatavad nuppude arvu 80-ni. Iga moodul lisab 32 nuppu.
Järgnevalt toome välja selle telefoni head omadused kõnekeskuses kasutamise jaoks.
Taustvalgustus
Taustvalgustus. Alustades ekraanist, millel kuvatakse ainult vajaminevat ning paremaks silmadega info püüdmiseks erineva valgustusega ruumides ekraanilt, on sellele lisatud taustvalgustus.
Kuhu helistati?
Kuhu helistati. Kõnekeskuse telefon näitab ekraanilt, millisele teenusnumbrile klient helistas ning vastavalt selle järgi saab teenindaja ka vastata kõnele. See unikaalne omadus võimaldab teenindada mitmeid erinevaid teenusliine samaaegselt. Samas on ekraanilt näha ka helistaja telefoninumber.
Kõrvaklapid
Kõrvaklapid. Telefonile saab ühendada universaalse pistiku abil erinevaid kõrvaklappe, mis võivad olla ühe- või kahepoolsed ning kas juhtmega või juhtmeta. Kasutada saab nii Avaya kui ka teiste tootjate kõrvaklappe.
Funktsioonid
Funktsioonid. Nagu igal Avaya kõnekeskuse töökohal, saab ka sellel määrata funktsioonide nupud. Erinevalt teistest telefonidest näidatakse sellel nuppude kasutust punase või rohelise märgutulega ning kõik nuppude olekud on üheselt arusaadavad ja nähtaval.
Kõnekeskuse töökohal on tavaliselt järgnevad nupud:
- “tulin tööle“,
- “läksin ära“,
- “töötan“,
- “kõnejärgne paus” ja
- “ei tööta“.
Nuppu “ei tööta” saab laiendada ehk täpsemalt määrata täpsustavaid töörežiime:
- “ei tööta“,
- “koolitusel“,
- “lõunapaus“,
- “puhkepaus“,
- “vastan e-mailile“,
- “andmete sisestus“, jne.
Vastavates režiimides oldud aeg koguneb statistika serverisse ning on sealt kätte saadav raportitena, mille alusel saab arvestada tööaega ning koormust.
Abista
Abista. Mitmetele teenusliinidele vastamise korral on heaks funktsiooniks “Abista” nupp, mille vajutamisel on võimalik võtta vahekõne konkreetset teenusliini juhendavale spetsialistile. Sama nupuga on võimalik lisaks vahekõnele teha ka konverentskõne spetsialistiga või ühendada helistaja spetsialistile.
Suuna, pane ootele, jne.
Ülejäänud nupud vastavad telefoni põhifunktsioonidele, milleks on konverentskõne, edasi suunamine, kõne ootele panemine, kõne lõpetamine, telefonimenüü, telefoniraamat, jt.
Statistika ja hetke olukord
Statistika. Avaya IP 1616 ekraanilt saab jälgida teenusliinide hetkeolukorda ehk ootejärjekorra pikkus, vastamise kiirus, teenindajate arv, tööl oldud aeg, kõnedele vastamiseks kulunud aeg, jne.
Statistika ja ülevaate kohta telefoniekraanil koostame eraldi lõigu järgmine nädal.
