ÜS: mobiililaiendus DiVitas (“super”-telefonid)

DiVitas Networks poolt loodud mobiililaiendus on ühilduv kõikide telefonikeskjaamadega ja ühilduvad mobiiltelefonid on Windows Mobile ning Nokia E- ja N-seeria.
Mobiililaiendus DiVitas ühendab firmas olevad mobiiltelefonid ettevõtte telefonikeskjaamaga. Laiendades telefonikeskjaama omadusi mobiiltelefoni, tekib võimalus kasutada mobiilides telefonikeskjaama häid omadusi, mis koheselt kajastuvad järgnevalt:
Rahalised eelised:
- Telefonikõned mobiililt Eestis olles välismaale helistamisel lauatelefoni hinnaga
- Välismaal viibides on 3G mobiilivõrgus väljuvad kõned mobiilikõnele vastamise hinnaga ja WIFI võrgus roaming-tasuta
- Kontoris olles toimib mobiiltelefon ettevõtte WIFI võrgus traadita IP telefonina, mistõttu pole lauatelefone vaja osta
Organisatsioonilised eelised:
- Kui telefoni kasutaja on puhkusel saab suunata töökõned kontorisse, teda asendavale töötajale, kuid on siiski saadaval mobiiltelefoninumbrilt
- Võimalus kasutada telefonikõne salvestust, kui see on vajalik tööiseloomust, milleks võivad olla tellimuste vastuvõtmine või edastamine
- Ettevõttes on töötajatel üks telefoninumber ning pole vaja pidada nimekirja mobiili ja lauatelefonide numbritest
- Telefonilt saab töötaja määrata olukorra, milles ollakse – kontors, koosolekul, puhkusel jne.
- Lisaks olukorrale saab määrata ka suhtlusviisi, valikud on ei saa suhelda, telefonikõne, tekstivestlus või need kombineeritult
Kasutusele võtmine
DiVitase kasutusele võtmine on lihtne, selleks ühendatakse ettevõtte telefonikeskjaam DiVitas serveriga ning telefonidesse paigaldatakse vastav tarkvara, mis kannab hoolt, et kõned jõuaksid õigesse kohta.
Lisaks eelnevale on DiVitas nutikas orienteerumaks WIFI ja GSM võrgu vahel ning eelistab WIFI võrku ja WIFI levialast väljumisel ühendatakse pooleli olev kõne automaatselt mobiilivõrku või siis vastupidi. Selliseid automaatseid üleminekuid GSM/WIFI võrgu ei pane kasutaja tähele.
