ÜS: mobiililaiendus Secuvoice (“super”-telefonid)

Üleliigsed kõrvad kahekõnes.
Esimene mobiiltelefonide võrk NMT edastas kõnesid avalikult ning nende pealt kuulamine oli ülimalt lihtne. Järgmise põlvkonna mobiiltelefonide võrk, mida täna tunneme GSM võrguna, hakkas kõnesid edastama salastatult, mistõttu nende pealt kuulamine oli piiratud ja ressursinõudlik.
Kõned GSM mobiilivõrgus toimuvad salastatult mobiiltelefoni ja tugijaama vahel. Tugijaamast edasi läheb telefonikõne edasi tavakõnena.
Arvutustehnika on 10 aastaga arenenud edasi, mistõttu GSM kõnede pealt kuulamine muutub lähima 12 kuu jooksul igale ühele võimalikuks.
Lähima 12 kuu jooksul peaks Internetis vabatarkvara projektiraames valmima programm, mille kasutamisel on võimalik pealt kuulata mobiiltelefone. Tõenäoliselt saab see olema maiuspalaks ajakirjanike ja äriringkondade seas, sest see võimaldab märkamatult koguda informatsiooni, kuulates telefonivestlusi. Piisab, kui olete pealt kuulatava telefoni või tugijaama lähiraadiuses (~200 kuni 500 meetrit).
Aegunud turvakõne lahendused
Valitsus- ja finantsorganisatsioonid on siiani kasutanud GSM võrgus erilisi mobiiltelefone, mis salastavad telefonikõne.
Eemalt vaadates on näha, et tegemist on erilise telefoniga ning neil puuduvad tänapäevased ärifunktsioonid – kalender, märkmik, e-post, jne.
Sellise telefoni kaotamine või katki minemine on üsna tobe ja riskantne olukord. Aegunud lahenduse korral on vajalik pidevalt kaasas kanda ka teist tänapäevast telefoni, mis on omakorda tülikas.
Kaasaegsed turvakõne lahendused
Täna, aastal 2009 on igal ühel võimalus muuta oma Nokia telefon selliseks, mis oskab kõne salastada ning hoida eemal üleliigsed kõrvad, sealjuures jätab alles kõik äritelefoni head omadused.
Nokia N- ja E-seeria mobiiltelefonile paigaldatakse mälukaardipesasse Secuvoice kõne salastamise protsessor.
Kõik turvalisusega seonduv toimub selles protsessoris, mis tagab, et kõrvalised programmid ja viirused ei pääse sellele ligi.
Kaitsekilp tagab, et oled esimene omanik.
Turvalahendustel on tähtis, et keegi pole jõudnud seadmeid eelnevalt modifitseerida ja seetõttu on Secuvoice salastamise protsessorid kaetud elektroonilise kaitsekilbiga. Ainult esimene kasutaja saab sisestada oma PIN-koodi. Selline teostus tagab, et keegi pole eelnevalt seda kasutanud.
Automaatne lukustumine
Secuvoice moodul lukustub automaatselt ning kasutamiseks on vaja sisestada PIN-kood. Selline lukustusmehhanism tagab, et keegi teine ei pääse seda salastuse protsessorit kasutama, kui peaks juhtuma, et telefon läheb kaduma või ununeb kusagile.
Kõned salastatakse telefonist telefonini
Kõne, mis liigub telefonist mobiilivõrku, salastatakse enne mobiilist väljumist ning salastus võetakse maha alles vestluspartneri mobiiltelefonis.
Numbrinäidu kontroll
Turvakõne korral on tähtis ka numbrinäidu kontroll, mis kinnitab, kas vestluspartner on see kelleks Teie teda peate. Vestluspartneri kontroll teostatakse elektroonilise sertifikaadi alusel enne kõne algust ning selle õnnestumist näitab ekraanil roheline märge ja ebaõnnestumisel punane hüüumärk.
Kasutamine on lihtne
Peale mooduli paigaldamist tekib telefoniekraanile nupp „Secuvoice“, millele vajutamisel saate kasutada turvalist telefoniliini. Secuvoice moodulil on eraldi PIN-koodiga kaitstud telefoniraamat ja helistamise nimekiri.
Vahetada telefon uuema mudeli vastu igapäev
Tänapäevase lahenduse üheks mugavuseeliseks on, et võid vahetada oma mobiiltelefoni alati uuema vastu või kasutada erinevaid telefone. Telefoni vahetamisel paned turvamooduli uude telefoni ja räägid edasi.
Secuvoice on lubatud kasutada NATOs
Secuvoice lahenduse turvalisusele on andnud hinnangu ka sõjaväeline organisatsioon NATO ning määranud, et selliselt kaitstud telefonikõnes on lubatud edastada NATO Restricted klassifikatsiooniga salajast teavet.
Erasektoris on Deutsche Telekom AG
Telekommunikatsiooni ärivaldkond on väga konkurentsirikas ning ka selles valdkonnas üritavad firmad kiivalt hoida oma teadmisi ja tegemisi enda teada. Secuvoice suurim referents klient, keda on lubatud välja tuua on Deutsche Telekom AG.
